Inside AI ASKS: the actual interview screen and an example client resource.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You asked AI to save you time. Why are you still explaining yourself 20 minutes later?

You sit down to create a client handout, workshop or coaching offer. AI should make the process easier. Instead, you find yourself rewriting instructions, correcting the tone and adding details you thought were obvious.

01

Too much explaining

You keep adding context about your clients, your coaching approach and what the resource actually needs to achieve.

02

Another round of corrections

The first draft is too generic or misses your tone. You adjust the prompt, try again and review another result.

03

Another unfinished project

The handout, workshop or webinar goes back on tomorrow's list because getting started has become another task.

You already know your clients and your subject. The frustrating part is having to anticipate every question AI needs answered before you can begin.

THERE'S A BETTER WAY

What if AI started by asking you the questions?

You already know your clients, your coaching approach and what you want to create. AI ASKS helps you organise those details before you send anything to AI.

Instead of starting with a blank prompt, AI ASKS Client Edition guides you through useful questions, builds a clear project brief from your answers and prepares a structured prompt for ChatGPT or Claude.

01

Choose your project

Select one of five guided workflows: recipe handouts, client onboarding, challenges and workshops, coaching programmes, or webinars. Choose a Quick or Full interview.

02

Answer the questions

Tell AI ASKS about your audience, goals and preferences. It organises your answers into a project brief you can review, edit and save.

03

Get your AI prompt

Copy your structured prompt into ChatGPT or Claude to create a draft. Then review, correct and format the result before using it with clients.

You stay in control

AI ASKS prepares your brief and prompt. ChatGPT or Claude creates the draft. You check the accuracy, suitability and finished material.

You bring the expertise. AI ASKS helps you turn it into clearer instructions for AI.

TRY AI ASKS FOR YOURSELF

Don't just take my word for it. See how the questions work.

Open the working AI ASKS application and explore how a guided interview helps turn your ideas into a clear project brief and a structured prompt for ChatGPT or Claude.

TRY AI ASKS FOR YOURSELF

FIVE GUIDED WORKFLOWS

One guided approach. Five different types of projects.

Different projects need different questions. AI ASKS gives nutrition coaches five dedicated workflows, so you're not trying to force every idea into the same generic prompt.

01

Recipe handouts

Plan recipe resources around your clients' needs, food preferences, practical constraints and the guidance you want to include.

Example: A family-friendly recipe collection with simple ingredients and realistic preparation times.

02

Client onboarding

Organise the information new clients need, including welcome messages, preparation guidance and practical next steps.

Example: A welcome pack explaining what to expect before a first coaching session.

03

Challenges & workshops

Map out a topic, learning objectives, activities and supporting resources for a group challenge or workshop.

Example: A five-day meal-planning challenge with daily actions and helpful handouts.

04

Coaching programmes

Clarify who your offer is for, what outcomes it supports, what's included and how the programme is delivered.

Example: An eight-week coaching offer with a clear programme structure and support options.

05

Webinars

Develop a focused webinar brief, including your audience, main teaching points and presentation outline.

Example: A webinar about balanced family meals with a structured teaching outline.

BUILT FOR REAL COACHING WORK

The practical details make the difference.

AI ASKS isn't another empty prompt template. It's a guided workspace for organising your ideas, keeping useful project details and preparing clearer instructions for AI.

Quick or Full interviews

Choose a shorter interview when you need to get moving, or a fuller set of questions when your project needs more context.

Editable project briefs

Review the details AI ASKS has organised, make corrections and refine the brief before preparing your prompt.

Save and reuse projects

Keep your briefs in your browser so you can return to a project and continue developing the idea without starting from scratch.

Coach Profile

Set out your coaching approach and preferences so you don't need to re-enter the same background details for every project.

Prompts for ChatGPT or Claude

Turn your completed brief into a structured prompt to copy into the AI tool you already use for drafting your resources.

Review and formatting guidance

Use the included guidance to check AI-generated content and prepare it for a professional, client-friendly presentation.

One important detail: Your saved project data is stored locally in your browser, not in an online account. Use the same browser and device to return to your saved work, and remember that clearing browser data can remove it.

FROM PROMPT TO PRACTICAL RESOURCE

You've got your prompt. What happens next?

AI ASKS gets your instructions organised. Your chosen AI tool helps create the draft. Then you bring your professional judgement and presentation skills to the finished resource.

01

Copy your structured prompt

Take the prompt prepared from your project brief and paste it into ChatGPT or Claude. You choose which AI tool to use.

02

Generate and refine your draft

Let your AI tool produce an initial draft. Read it carefully, ask for improvements where needed, and check any nutritional information, claims or recommendations.

03

Format it for your clients

Move the reviewed draft into your preferred design or document tool. Add your branding, polish the layout and prepare the finished handout, workbook or presentation.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

From a recipe idea to a client-ready handout

You answer AI ASKS questions about your audience, dietary preferences, recipe style and practical requirements. AI ASKS organises those answers into a brief and a prompt. You use the prompt in ChatGPT or Claude to draft the recipes, review the ingredients and instructions for accuracy, then format the approved content into a branded PDF using your preferred design tool.

AI ASKS helps you start with better instructions. You decide what is ready for your clients.

YOUR EXPERTISE STILL MATTERS

Better prompts don't replace professional judgement.

AI ASKS helps you prepare clearer instructions. It doesn't verify nutritional facts, diagnose conditions or decide what's appropriate for an individual client. That responsibility stays with you.

Check nutritional accuracy

Review ingredients, quantities, nutrition information and any health-related claims. Verify important details against appropriate reliable sources.

Consider each client's needs

Check that the language and recommendations are appropriate for the intended audience, including relevant allergies, dietary requirements and individual circumstances.

Protect client information

Avoid entering names, medical histories or other identifiable client information into prompts or external AI tools unless you have an appropriate and lawful basis to do so. Use anonymised examples where possible.

Review before sharing

Read, correct and format every draft before giving it to clients. Make sure it reflects your qualifications, professional scope, coaching approach and applicable standards.

AI ASKS supports your preparation — it doesn't practise nutrition coaching for you.

You remain the professional in charge. AI ASKS prepares project briefs and prompts. ChatGPT or Claude may help draft content. You decide whether that content is accurate, suitable and ready to use.

IF YOU'RE WONDERING...

Do I really need another AI tool?

Fair question. AI ASKS isn't here to replace the tools you already use. It's designed to make the preparation part less frustrating.

I already use ChatGPT or Claude.

Good. You can keep using either one. AI ASKS works before those tools, helping you develop a clearer brief and structured prompt to take into your usual AI.

I'm not very technical.

You don't need to write code or master complicated prompt formulas. Choose a workflow, answer the guided questions, review your brief and copy your prompt.

I don't create resources every day.

That's fine. You can use AI ASKS when you have a specific project to develop, then return to a saved brief later using the same browser and device.

Will it write the finished handout for me?

No. AI ASKS creates the project brief and structured prompt. ChatGPT or Claude can generate a draft from that prompt. You review, edit and format the result.

What if my coaching style is different?

Your answers shape the brief. You can describe your audience, coaching approach, preferred tone and project requirements rather than working from a rigid, one-size-fits-all document.

Can I change my mind after answering?

Yes. Your project brief is editable, so you can correct details, adjust your direction and prepare a revised prompt rather than starting the whole interview again.

SEE IT FOR YOURSELF

You don't have to rely on a testimonial.

AI ASKS Client Edition is a new product, and I'm not going to fill this page with made-up reviews or pretend it has a long history of customer results.

You can explore the real application instead.

Open AI ASKS, choose a workflow and see the guided interview process for yourself. Explore how your answers become an organised project brief and a structured prompt for ChatGPT or Claude.

A NOTE FROM THE CREATOR

I'm Catherine Ford. Here's why I created AI ASKS.

I believe useful AI tools should make your work clearer, not leave you wrestling with another complicated process.

If you've ever asked ChatGPT to help with a client resource, only to spend the next twenty minutes explaining what you meant, you'll understand the thinking behind AI ASKS.

You might know exactly who your audience is, what you want them to learn and how you prefer to communicate. But turning all that knowledge into one complete AI prompt? That's a different task.

What if the tool asked for the important details instead of expecting you to remember every one?

That's the idea behind AI ASKS. Rather than handing you another generic prompt template, it guides you through questions that help define your project before you take it to AI.

I developed Client Edition specifically around the kinds of work nutrition coaches do: recipe handouts, onboarding materials, workshops, coaching offers and webinars.

My aim is simple: give you a more organised starting point while keeping your own knowledge, professional judgement and coaching style at the centre of the work.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY

A few final questions, answered.

The practical details about using AI ASKS Client Edition, accessing your purchase and knowing what to expect.

Does AI ASKS generate finished client handouts?

No. AI ASKS asks guided questions, organises your answers into a project brief and prepares a structured prompt. You use that prompt in ChatGPT or Claude to draft your material, then review and format it.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude as well?

Yes, you'll need access to a compatible external AI tool to generate drafts from your prompts. AI ASKS does not include a ChatGPT or Claude subscription, and any charges from those services are separate.

Can I use AI ASKS on my phone or tablet?

AI ASKS is browser-based. You can open it in a browser on a compatible device, although a larger screen is generally easier for reviewing longer briefs and prompts.

Where are my saved projects stored?

Project briefs and Coach Profile details are saved locally in your browser. They're not automatically synchronised between devices. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing or changing devices may mean your saved work is no longer available.

How do I access AI ASKS after purchasing?

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. AI ASKS Client Edition is offered as a one-time purchase. It includes six months of Client Edition revisions released during the covered period. That does not mean an unlimited lifetime update commitment.

AI ASKS includes a 14-day functionality refund guarantee. If Client Edition does not function as described, email the support contact supplied with your purchase within 14 days, including your order ID and a screenshot documenting the issue.

Can AI ASKS replace my professional judgement?
